Description
Crispy carrot and potato balls made in an air fryer, perfect for Christmas snacks.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
- Add grated carrot, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Brush the balls lightly with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the balls with oil before air frying.
- You can add cheese or herbs for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
