Description
Crispy and flavorful curry potato chips made in an air fryer, perfect for Christmas snacking.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
- Toss the slices with olive oil, curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
