Description
Tender steak bites cooked in an air fryer with rich garlic butter and topped with a creamy parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- Toss steak bites in the garlic butter mixture.
- Place steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- While steak cooks, heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Serve steak bites drizzled with parmesan cream sauce.

- Use sirloin or ribeye for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
