A delicious and easy-to-make air fryer lasagna perfect for two, with a festive Christmas twist.
Ingredients
- 4 lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 lb ground beef (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then cut them in half.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly grease an air fryer-safe baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer half the marinara sauce, followed by half the noodles, half the cheese mixture, and repeat.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the ground beef.
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles to save time.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with garlic bread and a side salad.
