A festive twist on classic Alfredo pasta, loaded with bacon, cheeseburger flavors, and cooked in an air fryer for a quick and delicious Christmas meal.
Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix cooked pasta, beef, bacon, Alfredo sauce, and half the cheese in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked bacon for quicker preparation.
- Adjust cheese quantity based on preference.
- Add a splash of milk if the Alfredo sauce is too thick.
