Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Shred the cooked chicken and set aside.
- In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, basil, and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in shredded chicken and heavy cream. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
