Delightful mini cheesecake bites perfect for Christmas. Easy to make in an air fryer with creamy texture and festive flavors.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: fruit topping or chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into mini muffin tin cups.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Pour filling over crusts, filling each cup 3/4 full.
- Air fry at 300°F for 8-10 minutes until set.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving. Add toppings if desired.

- Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth filling.
