Description
A festive and easy-to-make Christmas oyster casserole prepared in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh oysters, drained
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix crushed crackers, butter, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Fold in oysters gently.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
