Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef short ribs

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the beef short ribs with olive oil.
- Season the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 145°F / 63°C for medium-rare).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs for 2 hours before cooking.
