Ingredients
- 500g mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 100g sour cream
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Toss the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket and roast for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let the mushrooms cool slightly, then transfer them to a mixing bowl.
- Add the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, and thyme. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve warm with bread or crackers.
