Description
Make crispy salt and vinegar potato chips in your air fryer for a quick Christmas snack.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline
- Soak slices in vinegar water for 15 minutes
- Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels
- Toss with olive oil
- Air fry at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway
- Sprinkle with salt immediately after cooking
Notes
- Use russet potatoes for best results
- Watch chips closely during last few minutes
- Store leftovers in airtight container
