Description
A quick and easy shrimp scampi pasta bake made in the air fryer, perfect for Christmas dinner.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, white wine, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Toss cooked pasta with shrimp mixture and parsley.
- Transfer to an air fryer-safe dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes until cheese melts and top is golden.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- Serve immediately for optimal flavor.
