Ingredients
- 8 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff mushrooms with the cheese mixture.
- Brush mushrooms with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook mushrooms in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with extra dip if desired.
