Description
Crispy, flavorful potato chips seasoned with taco spices, perfect for a festive Christmas snack. Made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Soak potato slices in cold water for 20 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss slices with olive oil, taco seasoning, salt, and paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes longer (up to 1 hour).
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
