Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water (optional, for consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine white beans, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Mash the mixture with a fork or blend briefly for a smoother texture.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove, adjust consistency with water if needed, and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
