Description
Juicy drumsticks marinated in citrus and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Mix orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
