Description

Crispy and flavorful coconut curry wings made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, curry powder, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the wings evenly with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy and golden.
  7. Serve hot.
