Description
Quick and crispy zucchini fries made in the air fryer, ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into fries
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut zucchinis into fry-shaped sticks.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip zucchini sticks in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer—cook in batches if needed.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
