Crispy and delicious banana chips made in an air fryer. A healthy snack option that’s easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them thinly.
- Toss the slices with lemon juice, salt, and turmeric powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use slightly underripe bananas for crispier chips.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
