Description
Crispy vegetable egg rolls made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce and ginger in a bowl.
- Place 2 tbsp filling in center of each wrapper.
- Fold bottom corner over filling, then fold sides toward center.
- Roll up tightly, sealing edge with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Arrange egg rolls in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket
- Serve immediately for crispest texture
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days
