Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut fish into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix panko, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Beat egg in another bowl.
  5. Dip fish pieces in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place coated fish in air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 1 minute.
  9. Assemble tacos: place fish on tortillas, top with cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and a drizzle of sour cream.
  10. Serve with lime wedges.
