Description
Crispy fried pickles made in an air fryer with a creamy ranch dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Pat dry pickle slices with a paper towel.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated pickles in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing.
