Description

Crispy mushroom chips made in an air fryer with a touch of balsamic for extra flavor.


Ingredients

  • 200g mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Toss the sliced mushrooms with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Remove when crispy and let cool before serving.
