Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into nugget-sized pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place nuggets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, and liquid smoke in a small bowl.
- Toss cooked nuggets in the glaze and serve immediately.
