Description
Fresh summer rolls made in an air fryer for a crispy texture.
Ingredients
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cucumber, julienned
- 1 cup lettuce, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for 10 seconds.
- Lay wrapper flat and add shrimp, carrots, cucumber, lettuce, mint, and cilantro.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Lightly spray rolls with oil.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil for dipping.
Notes
- Keep rice paper damp to prevent cracking.
- Adjust fillings to your preference.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
