Ingredients
- 2 medium yams, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss yam wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispness and cook 2-3 minutes more if needed.
- Serve immediately.
