Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets (cod or haddock)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut fish fillets into stick shapes.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Beat eggs in another bowl.
- Dip fish sticks in flour mixture, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry fish sticks for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
