Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat wings dry with paper towels.
- Mix baking powder, lemon pepper, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Toss wings in the dry mix until coated.
- Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until crispy.
- Toss wings in olive oil and lemon juice before serving.
