Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Fry potato slices until golden and crispy.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
