Description
Crispy homemade teriyaki potato chips with a sweet and savory glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry potato slices until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
- Toss the fried chips in the teriyaki sauce until coated.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even slices.
- Pat potatoes dry before frying for extra crispiness.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
