Description
A quick and easy Cuban pork sandwich made in the air fryer for a crispy crust and tender filling.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pulled pork (cooked and shredded)
- 4 Cuban bread rolls
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices ham
- 1/4 cup dill pickles (sliced)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
Instructions
- Spread mustard on the inside of each bread roll.
- Layer Swiss cheese, ham, pulled pork, and pickles on the bottom half of each roll.
- Top with the other half of the roll and press gently.
- Brush the outside of each sandwich with softened butter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place sandwiches in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use leftover pulled pork for convenience.
- Press the sandwiches slightly before air frying for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
