Description
Crispy, flavorful chicken wings coated in Parmesan and crushed peppercorns, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings (split into drumettes and flats)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp coarsely crushed black peppercorns
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with olive oil in a large bowl.
- Mix Parmesan, peppercorns, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Coat wings evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 380°F for 12 minutes, flip, then cook 8-10 more minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, pat wings thoroughly dry before seasoning.
- Adjust peppercorn amount based on your heat preference.
