Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Press the parmesan mixture onto both sides of the chicken.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Use fresh parmesan for best flavor.
