Description
Crispy and flavorful oyster mushroom nuggets made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 200g oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Clean and tear oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk the egg in another bowl.
- Dip each mushroom piece in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
