Description
Crispy air-fried pork potsticker bites with a savory filling.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Place 1 tsp filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Brush edges with water, fold, and press to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush potstickers lightly with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip halfway through cooking.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh wonton wrappers for best results.
- Adjust filling seasoning to taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
