Description
Crispy, sticky teriyaki sesame wings made in the air fryer in just 35 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 sliced green onions
Instructions
- Pat wings dry with paper towels.
- Air fry wings at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a saucepan.
- Simmer sauce for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into sauce to thicken.
- Toss cooked wings in sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Pat wings dry for crispier results.
- Adjust sauce thickness with more cornstarch if needed.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
