Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to the air fryer basket.
- Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the basket.
- Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes.
- Add green beans, corn, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Check for seasoning and adjust if needed.
