Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Place flatbread on air fryer basket or tray.
- Spread buffalo chicken evenly over flatbread.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and red onion slices.
