Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the potato slices in the honey mustard mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
