Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets (white fish like cod or tilapia)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or panko
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Coat fish fillets with the mixture.
- Press breadcrumbs onto both sides of the fillets.
- Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check for crispiness and serve hot.
