Description
Quick and flavorful garlic mushrooms made in the air fryer. Perfect as a side dish or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and tender.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use cremini or button mushrooms for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer to ensure even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
