Description
Quick and easy jalapeño poppers wrapped in salami, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 6 jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices salami
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of salami.
- Place poppers in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until salami is crispy and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
- Adjust spiciness by removing more or less of the jalapeño seeds.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
