Description
Crispy vegan mozzarella sticks made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella shreds
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour plant-based milk into another bowl.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip vegan mozzarella shreds in flour mix, then milk, then breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place sticks in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use firm vegan cheese for best results.
- Flip sticks halfway through cooking.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
