Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  3. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in air fryer basket or crockpot.
  4. Cook in air fryer for 25-30 minutes or in crockpot for 4-6 hours.
  5. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top and cook until melted, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
