Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Using a spoon or your hands, scoop small portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat evenly.
- Place on a tray and refrigerate for another 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the mixture.
