Description
Crispy and juicy chicken drumsticks made in the air fryer with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the mixture.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.

- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on drumstick size.
- For extra crispiness, cook 2-3 minutes longer.
