Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup toum (Lebanese garlic sauce)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Remove and serve hot with toum sauce.
