Description
Crispy air-fried potato wedges with a zesty Lebanese garlic toum sauce. Perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup toum (Lebanese garlic sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Remove and serve hot with toum sauce.
Notes
- For crispier wedges, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
