A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring French Dijon mustard and brioche bread, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of brioche bread
- 1 tablespoon French Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the Dijon mustard on one slice of brioche bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the mustard.
- Top with the second slice of brioche bread.
- Spread the softened butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving.

- Use room-temperature butter for easy spreading.
