Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh kale, chopped
- 1 large apple, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions
- Wash and chop the kale, then place it in a large bowl.
- Add the sliced apple and chopped walnuts to the bowl.
