Description
A quick and flavorful garlic herb butter cod cooked in the air fryer, perfect for a romantic dinner for two.
Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Brush the herb butter mixture evenly over both sides of the cod fillets.
- Place cod in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
