Crispy and juicy gluten-free drumsticks made in an air fryer. A quick and healthy meal option.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with olive oil.
- Rub spice mixture onto the drumsticks.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer.
- Adjust cooking time for larger drumsticks.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
